Anna Rossow

The daily practise of Yoga keeps Anna on the path of introspection and inspiration. Anna has practised Ashtanga Yoga over a decade and feels very lucky to have been able to learn from todays most respected teachers herself, amongst others Richard Freeman, Nancy Gilgoff, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty. For years her regular teacher Cole Dano in Finland has guided her to find an optimal way of practise.
Anna is is fascinated by the Method of Ashtanga Yoga which reweals the blind spots and knots of the body-mind connection. With her precise eye Anna can guide each student to get out of unhealthy movement patterns and so to built a rewarding and healing way to practise.
With great grattitude towards the lineage of teachers of the Ashtanga Yoga method Annas wish is to share the love and beauty of Yoga in an open-minded and honest way.

Danijel Zbil

The idea of Moving Temple sprouted from Danijel whose wish was to create a space for people to grow in presence and to build a platform for Anna´s and his teaching schedule.
Danijel started to study philosophy and religions allready as a teenager. Going through dogmatic believes and many experiences he finally felt connected to the simplicity of Zen meditation and powerfull practises of Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. With care and joy Danijel can guide beginners toward the path of Yoga, the path of selfrealization.
